-We often hear about violence suffered, grief, separation or illness, accidents, which are all traumatic experiences, still open wounds and people think that these wounds are the source of the evils–
In fact, we should try to dispel the idea that the consequences of certain episodes in your life will last forever; the memories of a trauma become devastating and ruin existence if they are not dealt with in the right way, in fact, if I think I am the one who was hurt, the one who was hurt, then my interiority is filled by the past, by the I remember; thus they take over all the resources of the unconscious, which instead would be able to heal us.
The unconscious is capable of making therapeutic prodigies and this is clearly stated by James Hillmann, that there is a generative nucleus, an eternal flowering that inhabits it and that knows how to solve the accidents along the way, even the serious ones that occurred in the past; some forget the pain or overcome it, writing fairy tales, others overcome the trauma by imagining that they are warriors, knights, priests. All this shows us that, outside our known identity, there are images that are a balm, that are medicine and are the true cure, because they distract us from our wounds, distract us from memories and confront us with the only thing. that is, our uniqueness counts.
Each prison starts from our uniqueness, the wounds of the soul have in the images, the possibility of becoming scars, that is, we can heal these wounds, integrating them into our life and not letting ourselves be conditioned.
We must therefore keep in mind that we are inhabited by providential forces, by mysterious forces that we ourselves guard and build us, so whatever happened in the past, any trauma, anything that hit us, we should continue to focus on ourselves otherwise it ends up that we look the wrong way.
The ancients taught that we are immersed in the matter of the mystery of life, they called it; so we could also call it unconscious. But the ancients suggested to us this idea, that is, of continuous, incessant creation, which is a mystery and we have lost contact with the mystery which is somewhat equivalent to contact with the unconscious.
Discomforts, fears, sadness are necessary moments for the egg to hatch and for the being we are to be born. Great men and great women reason like nature; no flower and no fruit would appear out of season and whatever happens, they continue their path, that is, they ripen, and so must we, without getting lost in the grit of common opinions; while we think about the disappointments that have marked our life, we lose sight of the continuous creative process that tirelessly continues to produce our uniqueness.
This is the game, this is the point! It is enough to leave the common vision to see the mystery that leads us, that guides us. In reality, we are made for every wound to heal but the wound will heal if we don’t keep it open ourselves.
I have always thought that in each of us there is the ability to realize one’s uniqueness; it is no coincidence that in the universe there is no other like you or me, if there were, we might as well not exist, as well as that you are not there and that I am not.
There is a saying that says: “A rose blooms without a reason, without meaning; this is to say that no thought can explain our nature, that is, what we are is flowering without a reason, it is an act, a function. constituted by our being in the world, therefore, we flourish without our knowing it, that is to say that the gaze must not be centered on one’s self and therefore on memories and on the past or on one’s aspirations, because the making of the rose is not pertinent of our ego, it does not belong to the idea that we have made of ourselves while we, continue to ask ourselves questions and adopt an evaluative and critical attitude towards ourselves, our seed is flourishing; therefore the attention must be shifted to the seed instead of fixate on the wounds inflicted on the tree.
The solution, the cure, the well-being, come from the seed, they come only from the seed, which works in total darkness, immersed in the earth where it slowly roots us.
To bloom does not depend on us, it is already written in our essence, things are like this, they are like the rose, which does not have a reason to rest in itself, we must not ask ourselves too many questions; if you want to complete your flowering, do not ask yourself questions do not ask yourself why, there is the mystery, you have to relate to the mystery, consisting of a hidden action, for which an acorn can become only the oak, the acorn like everyone else, chases its uniqueness, whoever loves its uniqueness lives to make the oak, because it has a given action.
